Whilst our South Warnborough studio doors are closed during the pandemic, nothing's going to stop us helping you move better and feel better with Pilates. We have a range of options for you:

Join our virtual Pilates classes via Zoom

Why not take part in one of our virtual Pilates classes that Trish teaches via Zoom? Bring a little order and routine back into your life with these group sessions, and hang out with our lovely clients.

To get started, look at our timetable page and then book and pay in the normal way. Trish is adding more sessions based on demand, so check the page regularly and email us with requests.

An excellent solution

We were very impressed at how easily everything ran this morning. The experience was very similar to an actual session at the studio, with the added benefit of not having to get into the car. Given the constraints we all now have, it seems an excellent solution to keeping in shape over the next few weeks and we are definitely up for a couple of sessions a week.

If you live in North Hampshire near Alton, Basingstoke, Hook, RAF Odiham or Farnham, my Pilates studio is just a short drive from your door.

Lots of new joiners see me for a private lesson and together we decide if your next step is to join a regular mat Pilates or Reformer Equipment class or continue with private 1-2-1 lessons.

Either way, I tailor my teaching to your needs and class sizes are capped and everyone is friendly.

My studio is open Mondays, Wednesday evenings, Thursdays and Saturday mornings currently.
