This is an introduction to the fundamentals of Pilates mat work. Suitable for those new to Pilates or if you just want a refresher.
During the workshop, we will establish your objectives and get to know you, understanding any injuries or specific requirements you have related to your health and wellbeing.
You will be taken through a series of basic exercises, with a focus on alignment, centring and breathing to ensure when you join one of our classes, you are familiar with how we teach mat-based Pilates.
Class sizes are limited to 6-8 people, so you can be assured of lots of personal attention during this 90-minute workshop.
We will then work with you to determine how often you would like to attend regular sessions and tailor your programme accordingly.
