Private Pilates lessons taught in a 1-2-1 environment at our Studio are ideal if you’re new to Pilates. They give you a chance to learn Pilates techniques before joining a group class and serve as a great foundation for your own development and enjoyment of Pilates.
1-2-1 sessions are also sometimes recommended as part of rehabilitation regime if you have recently had an accident. Many of our clients came to us following an injury as part of a referral or recommendation. Perhaps you are in a similar situation?
We will assess your needs initially and then consistently re-evaluate them during the time we work together to ensure personal development and continuing improvement.
Some clients prefer a semi-private environment in which to practice and learn Pilates. Why not share the investment of private Pilates lessons and learn Pilates with a friend and help each other get even more out of the time with our team.
