We're thrilled to announce our friend Helena Holrick will join us on the Retreat to run a dedicated Vision Board workshop just for you! You’ll be celebrating your successes last year and creating certainty for the year ahead. A Vision Board is a proven way to get more of what you want in your life with much less effort.
There won't be anyone-else staying at or using the venue during the Retreat. So you can relax, unwind and renew your bodies and minds ready to Spring Forward in 2018 without limits.
We will run ‘morning wake up’ and ‘evening relaxation’ Pilates classes with groups limited to 12 people.
Exercises can be adjusted to your level of experience and any injuries you might be carrying. You'll fit right in with those around you.
Choose from a Reflexology, Reiki, Indian Head Massage or Shoulder and Neck Massage with our amazing therapist, Amanda. Subject to availability, you can purchase additional sessions on the Retreat too.
All meals are provided, cooked by the on-site chef using only quality nutritional, locally sourced ingredients. Participating in the 30 Days to Healthy Living challenge in conjunction with Arbonne? Fear not, Trish and Ryan, your hosts, are too!
